October is International School Library Month!

To celebrate, Springhill High School Library is having a Scholastic Book Fair on Thursday, October 20 and Friday, October 21. I don’t yet have any details on the titles that will be available, but we can expect a good selection of current teen and adult books.  The library will receive up to 60% of the profits for new books, so save your pennies, buy yourself  a book, and support the SHS Library!

Other ways to participate in International School Library Month:

  • Write a book review for the library blog!
  • Ask your librarian for an International School Library Month bookmark.
  • Join one of the library’s clubs (details on the “Clubs” page).
  • Simply borrow a book or stop by and say hi. It’s always nice to see you!

How will you celebrate your school library?
